Corporate Policies
Your company roadmap to success starts with vision and a blueprint of how the company will function and grow. Think of a Policy as the next step, taking that vision and applying rules that need to be followed under a particular set of circumstances.
Policies are created to govern and protect, not to hinder.
-
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
SOPs are used to provide upper-level overview of steps to complete a defined process within your organization. Example would be a SOP for order processing which would include the taking of the order through fulfillment and any customer satisfaction follow-ups. The SOP can cross multiple departments with references to individual work instructions as required,
A properly designed and up to date SOP will keep your workflow moving efficiently and increasing your customer satisfaction.
-
Work Instructions
Where a SOP are the process steps, work instructions are specific to the particular task at hand. For example, how to complete the order in the system or how to pick the order.
Think of a Work Instruction as the training guide. Working with your employees we can take those day-to-day tasks and standardize them.
-
Audits
If you already have a full set of Policies and Procedures, we can do a full audit to make sure they are compliant and are followed by the organization. We will drill down from the Policy to any required records or outputs included in the SOP reporting back any discrepancies or suggested modifications to improve process flow.
-
Process Improvements
All Policies and Procedures should be considered “living documents”. Constantly growing and improving in your organization to lower costs, speed up production and improve on quality.
By doing a full analysis of your current procedures we can look for ways to empower the employees, speed up timelines and lower costs.

Training
Having a fully up to date set of Policies and Procedures are a great start, but if your employees don’t know about them how can they be followed? Yearly training of these important documents is required and should not be overlooked. We are happy to train the trainers or even train the employees on the core principles and expectations.
